Refund Policy

NW Lacrosse Events understands that plans can change. The following refund policy applies to team and individual registrations for NW Lacrosse Events tournaments and events.
Team/Player Cancellation Refunds
It is acknowledged and agreed that, due to the organization, management, scheduling, and financial commitments required to plan and conduct the event, event fees are generally non-refundable. Our organization makes significant advance commitments and works to optimize the experience for each team and player, including through division assignments, scheduling, field placements, staffing, and other event preparations. Changes to attendance, particularly as the event approaches, may result in additional costs and administrative demands.
Written requests for refunds, credits, or other adjustments arising from changes in attendance, cancellation, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are not guaranteed. The organization will make reasonable efforts to work with teams and participants when circumstances arise, particularly when advance notice is provided; however, at a minimum, any applicable deposit will be retained, and additional amounts may be withheld depending on the circumstances, timing, costs incurred, and proximity to the event. Any refund, credit, or adjustment granted will be determined at the sole discretion of the organization and will be subject to the organization's applicable event policies and commitments.
Cancellations Within 14 Days of an Event
No refunds or credits will be issued for teams that withdraw or drop from an event within 14 days of the event start date.
Once the 14-day deadline has passed, NW Lacrosse Events begins final event preparations, including scheduling, field reservations, staffing, officials, facilities, and other event-related commitments. Because of these commitments, registrations become non-refundable within this period including for credit eligibility.
Event Cancellation or Changes
If NW Lacrosse Events cancels an event, significantly changes the event format, or is unable to hold the event due to circumstances outside of our control, NW Lacrosse Events will communicate available options to participating teams and/or players.
Refunds or credits resulting from an event cancellation or significant change will be determined based on the circumstances and costs already incurred by NW Lacrosse Events.
Weather-related cancellations, facility issues, acts of God, or other circumstances outside of NW Lacrosse Events' control may be subject to different refund or credit terms depending on the circumstances.
Credits
Event credits:
May be applied toward a future NW Lacrosse Events event
Are generally non-transferable unless approved by NW Lacrosse Events
Are subject to the registration fees and policies of the future event
Do not constitute a cash refund
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to NW Lacrosse Events.
The date NW Lacrosse Events receives the written cancellation request will be used to determine any credits or refunds available.
